Commonwealth Business Women

One of the outcomes of the Commonwealth Business Forum has been formation of the ‘Commonwealth Business Women’, which was initiated by the Commonwealth Business Council, BPW International and British Association of Women Entrepreneurs. Global Platform for Action on Sourcing from Women Vendors

Opportunities exist for women owned businesses to supply goods and services to multinational Fortune 500 companies. TCF Global was represented at the Global Forum Business Matching Forum, Chongqing, China.  This International Trade Centre, WeConnect program is also supported by BPW International.   TCF (textiles & apparel are one of the six industry areas of focus. Karachi Fashion Week, Pakistan

Great opportunities exist for fashion retailers to source new design talent from Pakistan!  International Fashion Consultant Margaret Farrell led a group of Industry & fashion buyers to attend Karachi Fashion Week in October including TCF Global & designedge CEO Carol Hanlon.
